Whether you're new to exercise or returning after a break, this online event will guide you through simple yet effective exercises to get you moving and feeling confident.

What to Expect:

  • Beginner-Friendly Exercises: Start with low-impact, easy-to-follow exercises that will help you gradually build strength and endurance.
  • Core & Leg Strength: Focus on building the key muscle groups needed to support your running journey, with gentle exercises for core, legs, and glutes.
  • Movement & Mobility: Learn basic stretches and mobility exercises to improve flexibility and help you move more comfortably as you transition from walking to running.
