- Manage membership and provide club services.
- Organize training sessions and competitions.
- Authenticate and log you into Svedah via Google OAuth.
- Personalize your experience and provide relevant content.
- Communicate with you about club events, news, and activities.
- Share data with coaches, officials, or competition organizers when necessary.
3. Data Security
We take the security of your personal data seriously. All data, including information from Google OAuth, is encrypted, and we follow strict security protocols to protect it from unauthorized access.
4. User Control & Consent
- Google OAuth: You can revoke Svedah’s access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account Permissions. Once revoked, we will no longer collect or use your Google data.
- Health Data: Health-related information is only collected with your consent to ensure safe training.
- Non-Members: Personal data from non-members (e.g., event participants) will be retained for 12 weeks and then securely deleted.
5. Retention of Data
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary:
- Members: Data is kept while you are an active member. If inactive for four years, your data will be securely deleted.
- Google OAuth: Data is retained for the duration of your account usage. If you revoke access or delete your account, your Google OAuth data will also be deleted.

You have the right to:
- Request access, update, or deletion of your personal data.
- Decline sharing certain data, though this may limit your access to club services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Svedah is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from failure to protect your credentials.
4. Revoking Access
You can revoke Svedah’s access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account Permissions. Upon revocation, you will no longer be able to log in using Google OAuth, and we will delete your Google account data from our system.
5. Changes to Terms
Svedah reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of Google OAuth after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
