Nandish Kumar, founder and coach at Svedah, is passionate about helping people improve their fitness and achieve their personal goals. Armed with years of experience and dedication, Nandish has built Svedah with the goal of offering tools and coaching that evolve with the unique needs of each athlete.
Since 2011, Nandish’s personal journey has been a testament to determination and consistency. Weighing over 105 kilos, he began his fitness transformation with swimming, badminton, and cycling before discovering a passion for running in 2013. Over the years, he has completed numerous races, including eight full marathons, with a personal best of 3:39 in 2022. His journey emphasizes that fitness is about habits, consistency, and fostering the right environment.
Through Svedah, Nandish offers a range of coaching services, including personalized training plans, premade plans for different levels of experience (beginner, intermediate, and advanced), and training support. His personalized plans accommodate individual lifestyle factors such as fitness history, schedule, stressors, and goal events. Premade plans cover distances from 5 kilometers to 42 KMs, along with base training and a Strength Athlete’s Endurance guide.
