I am a certified yoga teacher with over 20 years of personal practice and certification since 2014, specializing in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga. As a passionate and motivated instructor, I bring advanced training and a deep commitment to helping others improve their overall wellness. I also hold certification as a Prenatal Yoga Therapist.
I offer versatile instruction, conducting yoga classes for all levels—from beginners to advanced practitioners. I provide both group sessions and personalized one-on-one classes, focusing on correct postures and alignment adjustments for optimal benefits. With experience in guiding Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Prenatal yoga, I engage with students of varied fitness levels, tailoring my approach to meet individual needs.
Additionally, I have organized yoga awareness programs for walkers, runners, and senior citizens, and led meditation retreats in the Himalayas to promote both physical and spiritual well-being. Through online sessions, I have reached a global audience, making yoga accessible to everyone, and have also hosted live sessions on social platforms to raise awareness of yoga's benefits and importance.
